I live in a freestanding home - what will this cost me?

Annual membership of the NPC will cost R10560 a year, or R1100 per month per home, which includes an armed response service if you have an alarm system.

The upfront “signing on” fee of R2000.

I live in an apartment or flat - what will this cost me?

Your Sectional Title Scheme Body Corporate (BC) must join on behalf of all it’s members. 

There are 3 options available to unit holders:

• R275p/m as a contribution to Smart Village running costs and telephone access to the Control Room.

• R330p/m, which also includes a smart phone panic app linked to the Control Room.

• 440p/m, which also includes an armed response service if you have an alarm.

I don’t like signing debit orders. What options do I have?

The Umdloti Village NPC board is making long term commitments on behalf of members.

• The debit order program ensures the NPC has the funds to meet it’s financial commitments.

• Home owners who prefer to pay via EFT and not have the debit order run can pay the annual amount up front, or by making payment no later than the 25th of each month.

• Should an EFT member move to being 30+ days in arrears the NPC will exercise its right to run the debit order as agreed.
